What is the alcohol policy? 

A $200 Refundable deposit is required for all events serving liquor. 

Can I bring in my own caterer or cater my event myself? 

Yes, outside catering is allowed with access to a kitchenette.

 

Can I bring my own outside decorator? 

Yes. Please be mindful, your venue rental hours include your set up and wrap up time so if your decorator needs to get into the venue before your allotted time, additional fees may apply.

 

What are your hours of operation? 

Sunday-Saturday 9am-12am.

 

What is required to book an event?

To reserve your event date, we require a 50% deposit. With your final balance due no later than 14 days prior to your event. Your deposit is non-refundable, if you need to change your event date we will try our best to accommodate your request if notified within (30) days of your scheduled event.

 

Are there any other additional fees for my rental? 

$200 Security Deposit in addition to the venue fee is due 24 hours prior to scheduled event. This payment can be in the form of a blank money order or a hold on your credit card. Your security deposit will be returned 1 business day after final inspection from the owner. 

 

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Pay Pal, no personal checks are accepted.  

 

Capacity

Sitting Pretty Event Studio has a max capacity of 80 table/seated dinner:100 standing/strolling 

Reception.
 

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the building or in common areas outside the venue.
